Paul is a busy guy, what with drawing all this awesome artwork, and just doesn’t have the time to answer every email. (Heck, he doesn’t really even like technology that much.) This is primarily for questions about the site, artwork, appearances and your order. He won’t be able to tell you when or if he’ll ever draw the Hulk again (we’ve asked him too!), but you can always ask him those questions at one of his upcoming appearances!
